Job Description
Strategy and Planning
- Develop business plans, budgets, and growth strategies for Amazon marketplaces (EU/US/UK).
- Monitor sales performance and operational metrics (ACOS, TACOS, Conversion Rate, Buy Box, Inventory Health).
- Report periodically on revenue, profit, advertising costs, and propose strategic improvements.
Product and Listing Management
- Manage product portfolio: create & optimize listings (title, bullet points, images, A+ content, Amazon SEO).
- Manage pricing, promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns.
Advertising and Marketing
- Implement and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Manage advertising budgets to optimize profitability.
Operations and Supply Chain
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to manage inventory, FBA/FBM, replenishment plans, and avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Work with Amazon Support/Account Managers to handle account health issues, policy compliance, and complaints.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling on Amazon, preferably in EU/US markets.
- Clear understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM models, Amazon Ads, and operational policies.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing profits.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English (Mandatory).
- Strong data analysis and numerical thinking skills.
- Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, able to withstand sales pressure, and results-oriented.
