Job Description
Process Transfer
- Oversee and coordinate the transfer of new or existing processes to different manufacturing sites or production lines.
Documentation
- Prepare process documentation such as SOPs and work instructions.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all activities comply with quality standards during tech transfer and resolve any quality-related issues.
Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during production start-up and support smooth process integration.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to understand and implement process requirements.
Training
- Deliver training to production personnel on new processes, machinery or quality requirements.
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs.
Compliance & Internal Standards
- Ensure all processes follow industry regulations and internal company standards.
Technical Guidance
- Possess strong factory operation skills and provide guidance to junior Pilot Technicians.
Other Tasks
- Perform additional duties or projects assigned by managers or supervisors.
Job Requirement
Technical Skills
- Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CAD and ERP system operation.
Problem Solving
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Project & Time Management
- Ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-department collaboration.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (process engineering, tech transfer, etc.).
Language
- English or Chinese (preferred but optional).
