Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and updating quality management systems according to FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP standards.
- Prepare, check, and issue quality-related documents, control and retrieve records when required.
- Organize internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Supervise employee hygiene, attire, and compliance with GMP and SSOP requirements.
- Monitor corrective actions and verify follow-up effectiveness after audits or evaluations.
- Coordinate with Production Department to resolve quality issues, manage customer complaints, and ensure product conformity.
- Evaluate and audit suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and services.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to organize internal training on food safety, GMP, hygiene, and QA procedures.
- Assist the QA Manager in reporting quality activities and performance metrics.
- Maintain data recording, monthly and quarterly quality reports.
- Recommend quality improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance product consistency.
- Participate in the investigation and handling of nonconforming or returned products.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or Food Science.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA or Quality Management in food processing companies.
- Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining FSSC systems in food manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in document control, report preparation, and audit follow-up.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle tasks requiring accuracy and timeliness.
- Teamwork spirit, adaptability, and initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet tools.
- English Level: Intermediate (Level B or equivalent).
