Job Description

Process manual card payments.
Reconcile financial postings.
Handle customer's disputes on card transactions.
Create personal loans and disburse loan drawdowns.
Participate in system-build projects as relevant.

Job Requirement

2-4 years of relevant experience.
Attention to detail.
Good understanding of credit cards and card transactions.
Competent with MS Office, especially Excel.
Experienced in customer inquiry handling and project follow-up.
Fluent in spoken and written English is a plus.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
