Job Description
- Process manual card payments.
- Reconcile financial postings.
- Handle customer's disputes on card transactions.
- Create personal loans and disburse loan drawdowns.
- Participate in system-build projects as relevant.
Job Requirement
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Good understanding of credit cards and card transactions.
- Competent with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experienced in customer inquiry handling and project follow-up.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a plus.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
