Job Description
Personal Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain documents and reports.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
Translation and Interpretation:
- Translate written materials (documents, emails, etc.) between Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.
- Provide verbal interpretation during meetings and discussions.
- Ensure translation accuracy and reflect the intended meaning.
Liaison and Communication:
- Act as the point of contact between senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle correspondence, prepare invoices, and process expense claims.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Language Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
- Previous experience as a PA, executive assistant, or translator is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
