Job Description

Clinic Operations & Patient Experience

  • Lead and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure high efficiency, productivity, and service quality across all departments.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes to significantly enhance the patient experience and overall operational performance.
  • Monitor and ensure high standards of customer service while proactively resolving any patient complaints and feedback.
  • Plan and manage corporate health check-up programs meticulously, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource allocation.

Compliance & Facility Management

  • Ensure absolute compliance with all applicable legal regulations, healthcare standards, and internal corporate policies.
  • Oversee facility management comprehensively, including detailed maintenance planning and necessary infrastructure improvements.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination continuously to ensure seamless service delivery across all medical and administrative departments.

Human Resource Management

  • Plan and optimize workforce allocation strategically based on operational demand and projected business growth.
  • Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes for all operations staff.
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members actively to achieve high performance and maintain strong employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, implement tailored development plans, and collaborate with other departments to align manpower planning with booking volumes.

Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Advise the Board of Directors (BOD) on operational strategies, process improvements, and standardization initiatives.
  • Lead or support key operational projects and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and sustained growth.
  • Represent the clinic professionally in working with government authorities and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance, customer-centric culture while leading by example in professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in healthcare operations.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in successful clinic or hospital operations management.
  • Strong experience and deep knowledge in process improvement and operational optimization within the healthcare sector.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good command of English and/or Japanese is required for professional communication.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage change and organizational development effectively.

Personality & Attitude

  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and self-discipline.
  • Highly resilient and capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and confident decision-making abilities.
