Job Description

1. Project Management:

• Lead and manage the new product development projects from concept through to launch.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

2. Product Design and Development:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and market-leading thermal bottle products.
• Ensure product designs meet customer requirements, market trends, and company standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product concepts.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure new products meet all regulatory and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the development cycle.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Liaise with marketing, sales, production, and supply chain teams to align product development with business objectives.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

5. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
• Utilize research findings to drive product innovation and development strategies.

6. Budget Management:

• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Ensure cost-effective product development without compromising on quality.

7. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the thermal bottle or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of managing successful product development projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CAD software and other product design tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
