Job Description

International Market Development

• Research consumer trends, global market demands, and competitor landscapes extensively in targeted countries.
• Propose effective business strategies and comprehensive market expansion plans to the management team.

Client Acquisition & Networking

• Search for and actively develop international clients and partners through various channels, including email outreach, cold calling, global trade fairs, and exhibitions.
• Leverage global B2B platforms such as Alibaba and LinkedIn aggressively to build and expand a robust pipeline of potential customers.

Consulting & Contract Negotiation

• Introduce products professionally, prepare accurate quotations, and consult clients on the most suitable business solutions.
• Negotiate critical commercial terms effectively, including pricing, payment methods, and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
• Draft, finalize, and meticulously track all international export contracts.

Export Order Management

• Monitor production progress continuously and coordinate seamlessly with the Logistics department to ensure timely cargo shipping.
• Verify, manage, and process all essential export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Certificates of Origin (CO).

Customer Care & Reporting

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and handle any after-sales inquiries or complaints swiftly and effectively.
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports, forecast market trends accurately, and propose continuous strategic improvements.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, Import-Export, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply and will be provided with comprehensive professional training.
• Basic understanding of international business culture, Incoterms, and standard export documentation processes is considered a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent proficiency in English or Chinese is strictly required; candidates who are fluent in both languages will be given high priority.
• Strong international communication, negotiation, logical thinking, and cross-cultural problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet research tools.
