Job Description
Field Inspection & Quality Assessment
- Inspect the appearance, dimensions, weight, and functionality of products directly on the production line and at the finished goods stage.
- Detect, identify, and accurately record any defects or non-conformities according to established quality standards.
Laboratory Testing & Analysis
- Conduct systematic product sampling in accordance with strict regulatory guidelines.
- Perform detailed technical tests in the laboratory, including assessments of durability, material composition, and product features.
- Evaluate overall product quality thoroughly based on the final test results.
Defect Handling & Process Improvement
- Classify defective items accurately and confidently reject any products that fail to meet quality requirements.
- Analyze the root causes of product defects and coordinate proactively with the production department to implement preventive measures and continuous improvements.
Reporting & Documentation
- Record all inspection data and test results meticulously for future reference.
- Prepare periodic quality performance reports and comprehensive defect analysis reports for management review.
- Archive all quality records and technical documents securely in accordance with company regulations.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Vocational Certificate, College Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Prior experience in a QC or QA role is considered a strong advantage, though fresh graduates are highly welcomed and will receive comprehensive training.
- Solid understanding of quality control processes, inspection methodologies, and standard manufacturing practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to effectively use basic measuring tools and operate standard laboratory equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or related reporting software is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in either Chinese or English.
Personality & Attitude
- Careful, honest, and highly responsible in executing daily inspection duties.
- Strong team player with the resilience and capability to work well under high production pressure.
