Job Description
- Develop and monitor project execution plans (construction schedule, material usage plan, supplier and contractor schedule).
- Search, evaluate, and propose suitable subcontractors for project tasks.
- Establish material norms for each project; monitor and verify actual material quantities against approved standards.
- Prepare project budget quantities and monitor construction progress and cost updates versus the approved budget.
- Track design changes and on-site issues to prepare additional quotations for submission to the client.
- Follow up on payments and financial settlements with the client according to the contract.
- Prepare, update, and report project budgets and cash flow periodically to management.
- Additional details will be discussed during the interview.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Economics.
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience in industrial construction projects.
- Proficient in office software, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Willing to travel to construction sites.
- Able to work overtime according to project schedule.
