Job Description
Business & Revenue Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive nationwide MT channel development strategies aligned with the company's overall business orientation.
- Take full responsibility for sales revenue, sales volume, brand coverage, and the overall business efficiency of the entire MT channel.
- Analyze the market, consumer trends, and competitor activities to propose appropriate and highly competitive development plans.
- Monitor and strictly control Trade Marketing budgets, promotional campaigns, listing fees, and all related channel expenses.
Client & Partner Management
- Develop and consistently maintain strategic relationships with modern retail systems, including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Convenience Stores (CVS) such as Co.opmart, Big C/GO!, WinMart, AEON, Lotte Mart, Bach Hoa Xanh, and Circle K.
- Negotiate complex commercial contracts, favorable sales policies, and long-term collaboration programs with MT clients.
Operations & Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and aggressively develop the nationwide MT team, which includes Key Account Managers, Sales Supervisors, Sales Admins, and Sales Representatives.
- Establish clear KPIs, evaluate work performance accurately, and continuously improve the overall capabilities of the sales team.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments, particularly Trade Marketing and Supply Chain, to ensure highly efficient operations and optimal inventory management.
Reporting & Strategy
- Report directly to the Company Chairman regarding comprehensive business results, client efficiency, and development plans.
- Highlight key operational issues and propose actionable strategies to expand market share and elevate MT channel performance.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in the Modern Trade sector.
- Proven experience managing nationwide MT systems is strictly required.
- Experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or food and confectionery industries is highly preferred.
- Strong existing network and proven experience working with major Hypermarket, Supermarket, and CVS chains.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent high-level negotiation, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage, motivate, and direct a large nationwide sales team.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly resilient and capable of working under extreme pressure to meet aggressive sales and revenue targets.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, decisive, and results-oriented mindset.
