Job Description
- Hỗ trợ merchants/shops (nhà bán hàng/cửa hàng).
- Thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng, cải thiện hiệu suất kinh doanh của nhóm.
- Đào tạo và huấn luyện nhân viên mới.
- Cải thiện chất lượng và doanh số, kiểm soát chất lượng bán hàng hàng ngày.
- Báo cáo và phân tích hiệu suất làm việc của nhân viên.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.
Job Requirement
- Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm.
- Tư duy định hướng kinh doanh (Sales driven mindset).
- Kỹ năng quản lý đội ngũ và con người tốt.
