Job Description
Customer Management & Business Negotiation
- Lead and manage communications with overseas customers.
- Participate in business negotiations, order confirmation, and contract signing.
- Provide timely feedback and solutions to customer requests and issues.
Order Management & Risk Control
- Oversee business processes, evaluate and manage order risks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze and resolve any order-related problems to maintain customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise and guide subordinates in handling merchandising tasks effectively.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to develop team capability and performance.
Reporting & Coordination
- Report directly to the Business Director and provide regular updates on order progress, risk status, and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and risk control.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, or related fields.
Experience
- 3–7 years of working experience in merchandising within the apparel or home textile industry.
- Proven ability to handle overseas customers and independent order management.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English (all 4 skills).
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Team-oriented with high accountability and good professional conduct.
- Ability to identify and manage risks in order and production processes.
- Capable of working independently and leading subordinates effectively.
Age Requirement
- From 23 to 40 years old.
