Job Description
Design & Drafting
- Prepare and develop electrical system construction drawings using Rebro software.
- Ensure design accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.
Client Communication
- Collaborate and communicate with clients in Japanese regarding project requirements and progress.
- Provide timely technical support and clarification during project execution.
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with project teams to ensure integration with other MEP systems.
- Support senior engineers and contribute to problem-solving in project design.
Learning & Development
- Participate in training and continuous learning, especially in mastering Rebro software.
- Adapt to international working environments and prepare for potential assignments in Japan.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in electrical design preferred.
- Fresh graduates with passion for BIM design are welcome; full training on Rebro will be provided.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rebro software.
- Good Japanese communication skills (JLPT N3 or higher).
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Experience working in Japan is a plus.
