Job Description
- Operate sales activities of medical food business, including executing the operation process and sales activities through various channels (D2C platform, direct sales, etc.) to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, develop, and maintain customer relationships (hospitals, pharmacies) and engage potential customers.
- Provide appropriate contact, service, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Execute after-sales services, including collecting and analyzing feedback, enhancing application, improving storage/delivery, and handling consumer feedback.
- Conduct marketing/communication strategy and related business support activities.
- Work with other departments (procurement, logistics, technology management, legal compliance) during business operations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports related to the medical food business.
- Conduct communication/group consultancy for patients and families via various channels (hotline, email, webinars).
- Administer, maintain, and develop communication channels (Facebook Group, D2C platform) to communicate with patients and families.
- Other relevant tasks related to the medical food business.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical or related majors.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role in the field of medical food.
- Good command of English (4 skills).
- Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
