Job Description
Online Cooking Class Operations:
- Plan, organize, and execute engaging online cooking classes.
- Build and maintain relationships with organizations/institutions to attract participants.
- Manage the online cooking class studio, equipment, and supplies.
- Provide technical support during live streams and interact with online participants.
- Track and report on online cooking class performance metrics.
Communication Channel Management:
- Manage and develop online platforms (website, social media, email) for promoting online cooking classes.
- Create and execute content plans aligned with company messaging and product promotions.
- Design and produce engaging visual and video content.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and provide up-to-date information.
Media Relations & Collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Collaborate with other departments on campaigns and projects to support business goals.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, International Relations, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong command of English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Excellent communication, planning, and content writing skills.
- General knowledge of mass media and social media platforms.
- Creative, dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
