Job Description

Campaign Management
Execute campaigns and events, collect preliminary data and results in order to gain new market penetration, maintain market share and assist in campaign effectiveness analysis
Loyalty Management
Assist in the execution of loyalty plan and monitor processes and systems in place in order to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Customer Lifetime Measurement
Collect and summarize customer lifetime data in order to assist in customer segmentation analysis.
Engagement Marketing & Collateral Planning
Translate and execute customer engagement activities onto various channels in order to maximize brand awareness and involvement and relevance of information for customers.
General Marketing Operations
Gather, manage and organize data for market research and insights and render business support in order to ensure efficient operational processes.

Job Requirement

At least 1 year exp, and familiar with report/Analysis tool/excel, good in number & data analysis with marketing exp, or work related with marketing field.
