Job Description
- Campaign Management
Execute campaigns and events, collect preliminary data and results in order to gain new market penetration, maintain market share and assist in campaign effectiveness analysis
- Loyalty Management
Assist in the execution of loyalty plan and monitor processes and systems in place in order to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Customer Lifetime Measurement
Collect and summarize customer lifetime data in order to assist in customer segmentation analysis.
- Engagement Marketing & Collateral Planning
Translate and execute customer engagement activities onto various channels in order to maximize brand awareness and involvement and relevance of information for customers.
- General Marketing Operations
Gather, manage and organize data for market research and insights and render business support in order to ensure efficient operational processes.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year exp, and familiar with report/Analysis tool/excel, good in number & data analysis with marketing exp, or work related with marketing field.
