Job Description
Coordinating and supervising all ATL, PR activities to deliver brand KPIs:
- Supervising external agencies to ensure flawless execution of ATL marketing & PR activities.
- Communicating with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation.
- Analyzing effectiveness & efficiency of marketing activities.
- Making reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
New product development:
- Coordinating with internal and external partners from idea generation to product launch.
- Preparing launch documents for the Sales Team.
- Tracking launch progress and customizing sales requirements.
- Conducting post-launch evaluations and making recommendations.
Budget management:
- Checking advertising expenses to ensure adherence to budget limitations.
- Updating actual costs and planning estimated costs for upcoming months.
Others:
- Tracking competitor performance for benchmarking.
- Regularly visiting the market for updates and understanding.
- Following processes and forms as regulated in FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001:2015.
- Providing ad-hoc assistance when required.
Job Requirement
Education: University degree, preferably with a Marketing background.
Experience:
- Experience working in FMCG companies.
- Experience leading product development and consumer campaigns.
- At least 2 years of experience in Brand marketing, especially in Digital MKT, EC, PR activities.
- New product launch/relaunch experience is a plus.
Skills & Attitude:
- Good analytical skills, creative.
- Hard-working, passionate, proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Good verbal and written Vietnamese and strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate).
- Reputation for sincerity, honesty, and reliability.
