Job Description
Talent Acquisition Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports business objectives and future expansion.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future talent needs and design effective recruitment plans.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand positions.
Employer Branding and Process Improvement
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice within the real estate and construction sectors.
- Utilize recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and data analytics to improve efficiency, transparency, and hiring decisions.
- Ensure an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, etc.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership and Compliance
- Mentor and lead the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Foster collaboration and alignment between HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure efficient and consistent hiring decisions.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in Real Estate, Property Development, or Construction recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment operations and talent acquisition frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, social media recruiting, and digital hiring platforms.
- Strategic thinker with analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
