Job Description
Maintenance Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize production downtime.
- Manage maintenance operations for high-precision equipment: SMT lines, CNC machines, injection molding, stamping, and assembly lines.
- Establish and refine maintenance SOPs, schedules, and reliability programs to enhance machine uptime.
Equipment & Facility Engineering
- Direct equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and relocation projects.
- Oversee factory utility systems, including electrical infrastructure, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and fire protection systems.
- Lead rigorous root cause analysis (RCA) to implement effective corrective and preventive actions for recurring equipment failures.
Continuous Improvement & Resource Management
- Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement and maintenance cost optimization.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S to maintenance workflows.
- Manage spare parts inventory control, planning, and departmental budgeting.
Leadership & Safety Compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians, setting KPIs and driving professional development.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS standards, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Maintain accurate equipment history records and maintenance documentation for audits.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in maintenance within the electronics or automotive manufacturing industry.
- At least 3–5 years in a maintenance management or supervisory role.
- Deep technical understanding of automated production lines and CNC machinery.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Good proficiency in English for professional communication and reporting.
Personality & Attitude
- Decisive leader capable of working directly with senior management.
- Highly proactive with a commitment to maintaining production continuity.
