Job Description
- Acting as an internal legal consultant.
- Managing communication with external legal firms regarding contracts.
- Preparing legal documents, such as contract templates and meeting documents.
- Reviewing legal documents upon request.
- Handling license obtainment and amendment processes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and staying updated on any changes.
- Translating official documents.
- Collaborating with internal departments on debt collection and legal issue resolution, including court appearances and negotiations.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commercial or Business Law.
- Lawyer Practicing Certificate.
- Good English communication and writing skills, including contract translation.
- Over 2 years of experience at a law firm and over 2 years as in-house legal counsel in Vietnam.
- Age: 28-35 years old.
