Job Description
Position 1: Lead Liaison Engineer
- Communicate with the Singapore engineering team regarding aircraft defects.
- Plan and prioritize resources based on aircraft schedules and issue complexity.
- Assign Engineering Assistance Request Notes (EARNs) based on competency.
- Interpret aircraft technical publications (SRM, drawings, SB, CMM, AMM, etc.).
- Draft and review technical messages for OEMs/customers.
- Draft and review repair instructions for approval/release.
- Provide guidance and training to engineers.
- Be willing to be stationed in Singapore for extended periods (6-12 months).
Position 2: Liaison Engineer
- Communicate with the Singapore engineering team regarding aircraft defects.
- Address assigned EARNS and clarify issues as needed.
- Interpret aircraft technical publications (SRM, drawings, SB, WDM, CMM, AMM, etc.).
- Draft and review technical messages for OEMs/customers.
- Draft and review repair instructions for approval/release.
- Be willing to be stationed in Singapore for extended periods (6-12 months).
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent).
- Base Maintenance experience preferred ( >5 years for Lead Liaison Engineer).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Responsible, responsive, and a team player.
- Preferably trained in aircraft structures, composites, or electrical wiring interconnection systems.
- Willingness to work beyond regular office hours, especially for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.
