Job Description
Machine Operation & Production Execution
- Operate gravure printing machines according to production plans.
- Ensure production activities meet required quality and schedule targets.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and related departments to complete production goals.
Quality, Safety & Process Compliance
- Follow machine operation procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, 5S, and company internal regulations.
- Monitor production KPIs, including productivity, defect rate, process compliance, safety, and production plan completion.
Issue Reporting & Other Tasks
- Report production incidents, abnormalities, or issues arising in the department.
- Support production troubleshooting and follow instructions from direct supervisors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Technical Intermediate degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gravure printing.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong professional knowledge of gravure printing technology and paper packaging production.
- Good machine operation, production execution, quality control, and process compliance skills.
- Able to work in a team, take responsibility, and work under pressure.
- Able to follow production procedures, safety requirements, and shift arrangements.
Language / Other Requirements
- Language requirement: Not specified.
- Experience in paper packaging manufacturing is preferred.
- Able to work at the factory and follow overtime or shift rotation when required.
Personality & Attitude
- Responsible, disciplined, and careful in machine operation.
- Team-oriented and cooperative with production teams and related departments.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to production demands.
- Committed to quality, safety, 5S, and production targets.
