Job Description
- Xây dựng SLA vận hành, giám sát triển khai, đo lường SLA/TAT.
- Triển khai báo cáo Dashboard, đề xuất phương án cải tiến giảm thời gian xử lý giao dịch.
- Phối hợp triển khai dự án cải tiến quy trình, nâng cao mức tự động hóa.
- Tham gia đánh giá và đề xuất cải tiến, tái thiết kế quy trình theo hành trình khách hàng.
Job Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan đến Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Kinh tế,...
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai dự án chuyển đổi, cải tiến quy trình trong lĩnh vực tài chính, ngân hàng.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng, triển khai, kiểm soát SLA tại ngân hàng.
- Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ Lean 6 Sigma, PMP, Lean, Agile, Kaizen.
