Job Description
- Phát triển quy trình mới và tái thiết kế các quy trình hiện có.
- Đánh giá, đề xuất cải tiến, thiết kế lại quy trình.
- Tham gia phát triển hành trình khách hàng.
- Triển khai các dự án cải tiến quy trình.
- Phát triển báo cáo, đánh giá hiệu quả cải tiến, đo lường hiệu suất.
Job Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan đến kinh tế, tài chính, ngân hàng.
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai và quản lý dự án, tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng.
- Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ PMP, Agile, Lean 6 Sigma, Kaizen.
- Kỹ năng tư duy, phân tích, quản lý, giao tiếp tốt.
