Job Description

Quality Planning and Management

• Coordinate with the site command board to plan construction quality management, ensuring full compliance with quality standards and investor requirements.
• Prepare backup quality management plans for potential construction incidents.

Material and Equipment Inspection

• Inspect the quality of input materials based on specific technical specifications.
• Reject unsuitable materials and work with suppliers to find handling solutions or replacements to ensure quality.
• Check the quality of input construction equipment, ensuring safety criteria and good operational capability.
• Construction Supervision and Monitoring
• Organize the supervision and monitoring of the construction process of project items.
• Conduct sampling and measurement of necessary technical parameters to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Request construction workers to correct or reinforce items found to be unsatisfactory.
• Issue Resolution and Improvement
• Answer investor inquiries regarding issues related to construction quality.
• Coordinate with the site command board to find causes and devise solutions for investor complaints about construction quality, ensuring quick and effective handling without recurrence.
• Propose plans to improve construction efficiency and enhance the work quality of the construction team.
• Acceptance and Reporting
• Organize construction acceptance with the investor.
• Prepare periodic or ad-hoc work reports as required.
• Perform other arising tasks as assigned by the site command board and management company.

Contract and Quantity Management

• Prepare and accept labor subcontracting contracts.
• Accept internal, general contractor, and investor volumes and quality.
• Break down material volumes, control work volumes, and off-site materials.
• Combine with material officers to plan material preparation for installation.

Documentation

• Combine with quality officers to complete quality documents.
• Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• University degree or higher.
• Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Technical, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC Engineer position.
• Experience in bidding projects for Fire Protection (PCCC) or MEP or MEPF.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Office Computing and Autocad.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Careful and meticulous.

Language Skills

• Able to communicate in English at a good level.
• Good reading comprehension skills in English.
