Job Description
Quality Control & Defect Management
- Take full responsibility for controlling the quality of incoming materials, in-process production, and final finished products.
- Propose effective corrective actions and preventive improvements whenever potential or existing quality issues arise.
- Track, verify, and document the effectiveness of all implemented quality improvement measures.
Customer Feedback & Satisfaction
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and external partners to actively support and resolve customer feedback.
- Evaluate monthly performance, register data, and track internal improvement measures regarding customer scorecards and dedicated customer portals.
- Take responsibility for the processing time, operational efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction when handling any quality-related issues.
Documentation & QMS Compliance
- Compile, review, and maintain all system-related documents for the Quality Department.
- Prepare, update, issue, and strictly implement documents related to product control processes.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of customer requirements and relevant external technical documents.
Planning & Continuous Improvement
- Participate directly in corporate projects aimed at planning and achieving the company's ultimate quality objectives.
- Engage in strategic planning to continuously enhance product quality and conduct relevant quality training for internal staff.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Vocational Certificate, College Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional working experience in the machinery, electronics, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with international Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485 is highly required.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English for professional communication; additional proficiency in Chinese is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid technical knowledge of process statistics and quality methodologies.
- Highly proficient in using core quality tools such as MSA, SPC, FMEA, and PPAP to systematically resolve complex quality issues.

- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining the highest product quality standards.
- Proactive problem solver with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
