Job Description
Design & Conceptualization
- Conceptualize and develop innovative interior and exterior designs according to the specific requirements of the leadership team.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with various departments to implement detailed designs and ensure absolute practical feasibility before construction begins.
Material Estimation & Cost Control
- Support the Purchasing department in performing accurate material quantity take-offs based on technical drawings.
- Create comprehensive material lists, requiring a deep understanding of construction materials, and assist in controlling construction quotations closely.
Site Supervision & Reporting
- Support the site supervision process continuously during the construction phase to ensure the actual build strictly follows the approved architectural designs.
- Report the design and construction work progress periodically to the direct management team.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience as an Architect or in an equivalent architectural design position.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, technical drawing interpretation, and practical architectural standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Highly proficient in specialized design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Personality & Attitude
- Male candidates are preferred due to the demanding nature of on-site supervision and construction support duties.
- Honest, straightforward, meticulous, and highly responsible in all assigned tasks.
- Capable of handling high-pressure situations and maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive project information.
