Job Description
Account Ownership & Growth
- Own key accounts, deliver sales targets, and expand SKU portfolio.
Strategic Planning
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) and long-term growth strategies.
Commercial Negotiation
- Handle pricing, contracts, and trade terms.
Product Development
- Work with R&D on OEM/private label products.
Supply Chain Coordination
- Ensure on-time delivery and execution.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor sales, margin, and KPIs.
Market Analysis
- Track trends and competitors.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Sales documentation, contract management, and pricing control.
- Order tracking and coordination with production and logistics.
- Forecasting and data management.
- Reporting and KPI tracking.
- Customer compliance and certification documentation.
- Internal coordination across departments.
- Sample tracking and product approvals.
- Filing, CRM/ERP updates, and audit support.
Job Requirement
- 5–10+ years in FMCG/export sales or Key Account Management.
- Experience with global retailers and private label/OEM development.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Fluent English is required.
