Job Description

Account Ownership & Growth

Own key accounts, deliver sales targets, and expand SKU portfolio.

Strategic Planning

Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) and long-term growth strategies.

Commercial Negotiation

Handle pricing, contracts, and trade terms.

Product Development

Work with R&D on OEM/private label products.

Supply Chain Coordination

Ensure on-time delivery and execution.

Performance Tracking

Monitor sales, margin, and KPIs.

Market Analysis

Track trends and competitors.

Administrative Responsibilities

Sales documentation, contract management, and pricing control.
Order tracking and coordination with production and logistics.
Forecasting and data management.
Reporting and KPI tracking.
Customer compliance and certification documentation.
Internal coordination across departments.
Sample tracking and product approvals.
Filing, CRM/ERP updates, and audit support.

Job Requirement

5–10+ years in FMCG/export sales or Key Account Management.
Experience with global retailers and private label/OEM development.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Fluent English is required.
