Job Description

Post-M&A Integration & System Development

• Build, standardize, and operate the accounting system for the subsidiary following a merger and acquisition (post-M&A integration).
• Review and synchronize accounting policies and the chart of accounts with the parent corporate group.

Financial Operations & Internal Control

• Establish and continuously improve financial and accounting processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory, and fixed assets.
• Build and maintain a strong internal control system to ensure operational transparency and strict compliance.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and control monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with current regulations.
• Ensure absolute compliance with Vietnamese accounting laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.

Audit & IPO Preparation

• Work directly with independent auditors, financial advisors, and tax authorities.
• Participate actively in preparing and structuring financial data to support the company's IPO plan, which is expected by the end of 2027.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage, train, and develop the subsidiary's accounting team to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate closely with the Finance and Accounting department of the parent group.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A valid Chief Accountant Certificate is strictly required.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Chief Accountant.
• Specific experience of 5 to 6 years in manufacturing, processing, and export companies is highly required.
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Vietnamese tax laws.
• Candidates with experience working in a corporate group environment, participating in M&A or restructuring, and working with Big4 auditors or IPO preparation are highly preferred.
