Job Description
Financial Control & Reporting
- Control the revenue, expenses, and assets of the company thoroughly on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare periodic financial statements covering quarterly, semi-annual, and annual periods.
- Control revenues and costs specifically tailored for restaurant, hospitality, commercial, and construction business operations.
- Prepare performance evaluation reports, enterprise classification metrics, and post-tax profit distribution plans.
Accounting Operations & Bookkeeping
- Review and process payment records and dossiers accurately with relevant suppliers.
- Prepare summary vouchers, conduct rigorous data checks, and perform book-closing procedures on the enterprise accounting software.
- Archive all accounting documents and records securely in accordance with corporate regulations.
Audit & Compliance
- Manage the official disclosure of financial statement information.
- Participate directly in the semi-annual and annual financial audit processes to ensure absolute compliance with statutory requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Provide professional guidance and inspect the accounting operations of various internal departments.
- Coordinate directly with software providers to analyze business requirements and actively participate in the development of the accounting software system.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related financial fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in an equivalent General Accountant position.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and specific financial regulations within the construction and commercial sectors.
- Thorough understanding of corporate organizational structures and internal cross-functional processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong planning skills to establish clear goals and implement effective work plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills to present financial viewpoints clearly.
- Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with partners and clients to achieve final business objectives.
- Proficient problem-solving, conflict resolution, and information-gathering skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of performing accurately under high work pressure.
