Job Description
Accounting Operations & Bookkeeping
- Execute full accounting transactions including revenue, expenses, and debt management.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and asset depreciation.
- Perform strict data reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all accounting books.
- Participate directly in the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes.
Reporting, Tax & Audit Compliance
- Prepare internal accounting reports and support the compilation of comprehensive financial reports.
- Prepare and declare various taxes including VAT, PIT, and CIT in compliance with current legal regulations.
- Prepare necessary documents, records, and evidence for external audits and tax inspections.
- Support the Chief Accountant in preparing and organizing financial data for the company's IPO and audit procedures.
- Perform other related accounting duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Accountant position at medium to large-sized companies.
- Specific experience of 5 to 6 years working within manufacturing, processing, and export companies is strictly required.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and relevant legal regulations in Vietnam.
Skills & Competencies
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel and modern enterprise accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Personality & Attitude
- Careful, honest, and detail-oriented with a very high sense of responsibility.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and highly adaptable in a standardized corporate environment preparing for an IPO.
