Job Description
- Inspect the production parts and samples of new project and ensure the products quality and delivery day.
- Know and understand our quality specifications, and communicate them to suppliers.
- Make the control plans and ensure to inspect all important points.
- Make Non Conformity reports and NCR-follow up weekly and supervise the supplier’s continuous improvement in quality.
- NCR corrective and permanent action follow-up.
- Collect the number of PPM.
Job Requirement
Required Skills
- Great knowledge of measuring tools (Vernier Caliper, high vernier caliper, depth indicator, torque wrench, rubber hardness meter, …).
- Good understanding in engineering drawings especially in tolerance.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem judging skills.
The Requirements for the Role Are
- Can read and write English well.
- Junior college or above in a technical field with 1-2 years experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software packages (Word, Excel, Power point etc.).
