Job Description

Maintenance Planning & Operations

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, maintenance procedures, and standards for mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instruments, and software systems.
• Plan, oversee, and monitor repair, inspection, installation, and facility maintenance activities.
• Manage equipment inventory, spare parts, maintenance logs, and daily maintenance documentation.

Team Management & Cross-functional Coordination

• Manage the I&M team and workshop operations, including workload allocation, supervision, training, and performance review.
• Collaborate with Factory, Engineering, HR, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Support staffing needs, workforce planning, and team development to achieve department goals.

Continuous Improvement, Compliance & Reporting

• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO 22000, HACCP, food safety, 5S, safety, and internal production standards.
• Set up department KPIs, analyze downtime and root causes, manage maintenance budget, and report operational results to management.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Graduated from an Engineering major, preferably Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same position; experience in Food, Feed, or Aquaculture industry is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of facilities, machines, equipment, production lines, and maintenance systems.
• Good AutoCAD / CAO / DAO skills for P&ID production and familiarity with international standards.
• Strong capability in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, commissioning, process improvement, KPI management, downtime analysis, and cost control.
• Good understanding of ISO 22000, HACCP, food safety, 5S, safety standards, and factory operations.

Language / Other Requirements

• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, suppliers, contractors, service providers, auditors, and customers.
• Familiarity with internal audits, third-party audits, and customer audit requirements.
