Job Description
1. Industrial Engineering (IE)
- Time Studies: Measure and collect process CT at sample stage, and establish the experience and to for making standard cycle time more correct.
- Share CT experience with IE Standard specialist.
- Based on process experience, maintain the data base of CT time.
- Check and communication the process data of sample room and information, make sure the information follow reality.
- Predict the standard CT for each process of each style and provide to merchandise team for costing reference.
2. Other Tasks
- Tasks and projects assigned by manager or supervisors.
Job Requirement
1. Skills
- Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software operating skill.
- Problem solving skill.
2. Education
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field (preferred but optional).
3. Experience
- One year of relevant experience (e.g., IE, LEAN, NOS, PACE, CI, process engineering, tech transfer).
4. Language
- English or Chinese (preferred but optional).
