Job Description

HSE Compliance & System Implementation

• Ensure compliance with Vietnam HSE laws and regulations, including MoLISA and environmental requirements.
• Implement site HSE systems, including risk assessment, JSA/HIRA, Permit to Work, SOPs, and safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with IFC Standards, World Bank EHS Guidelines, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and national regulations.

Safety Inspection, Training & Incident Control

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
• Monitor PPE usage, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions at site.
• Support incident reporting and investigation using methods such as Why-Why Analysis and Fishbone Analysis.

Environmental Management & Documentation

• Manage waste handling, disposal, and environmental monitoring for air, water, and noise.
• Maintain statutory records, HSE documentation, and compliance reports.
• Support emergency response activities and mock drills.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of HSE experience in factory, construction, or warehouse environments.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of Vietnam HSE legal requirements and environmental compliance.
• Strong capability in safety inspections, audits, risk assessment, JSA/HIRA, incident investigation, and documentation.
• Knowledge of HSE systems, PTW, SOPs, safe work practices, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IFC Standards, and World Bank EHS Guidelines.
• Good communication skills and ability to support HSE training and site coordination.

Language / Other Requirements

• Vietnamese communication is required.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Ability to work with site teams and support compliance with national and international HSE standards.

• Careful, responsible, and compliance-oriented.
• Proactive in identifying unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental risks.
• Detail-oriented in documentation and statutory record management.
• Able to coordinate effectively during audits, inspections, incidents, and emergency drills.
