Job Description
Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's personnel planning.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from end to end.
- Build and manage the recruitment budget, optimizing recruitment costs and channels.
- Establish and elevate the employer brand image continuously.
Training & Development
- Build a comprehensive internal training system covering both functional skills and management training.
- Conduct training needs surveys and formulate effective training plans.
- Organize, track, and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of all training programs.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various departments to promote and develop employee capabilities.
HR Strategy & Team Management
- Advise the Board of Directors on HR strategies specifically related to recruitment and training.
- Build and continuously improve recruitment and training processes and policies.
- Manage, train, and strategically develop the subordinate HR team.
C&B, Employee Relations & Compliance
- Build, review, and continuously improve the compensation, bonus, and benefits systems.
- Analyze personnel costs thoroughly and propose optimization plans.
- Handle disciplinary issues, employee complaints, and labor disputes professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and internal company regulations.
Processes & HR Reporting
- Participate actively in establishing KPI systems and executing performance evaluations.
- Manage all HR records and personnel data, and provide periodic reports to the Board of Directors.
- Build and perfect HR regulations, processes, and standardized forms.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong preference for candidates specializing in Recruitment and Training.
- Familiarity with recruitment, training, and comprehensive talent development processes.
- Proven experience working in E-commerce companies is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in building internal training systems, analyzing training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Experience in building and optimizing HR processes and policies related to recruitment and training.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Chinese for daily professional communication.
- Capable of developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, budgeting, and channel optimization.
- Strong advisory skills to provide strategic HR recommendations to the Board of Directors and coordinate effectively with all cross-functional departments.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a dedicated and professional attitude toward employee relations.
