Job Description
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Regularly set and monitor targets related to sales activities, client engagement, and service quality.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence across customer segments.
- Create focused plans targeting country key accounts and A-level customers.
- Ensure effective usage of Salesforce across the assigned team and maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth for sales activities.
- Coordinate national business initiatives and strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Implement corporate and country initiatives to enhance team performance and support overall objectives.
- Ensure adherence to processes and directives and share feedback with relevant teams on areas for improvement.
Market Analysis and Budget Management
- Monitor and benchmark Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and profitability.
- Manage and achieve country sales targets and budget goals.
- Collaborate with the product team to build solutions that support local business growth.
- Maintain controlled account receivables by ensuring timely payment collection.
Client Engagement and Promotion
- Lead market promotion activities and actively participate in sales efforts to introduce the Company’s services.
- Develop and manage relationships with overseas teams and clients to strengthen market presence.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and drive the sales team to achieve set targets and foster a high-performance culture.
- Recognize, develop, and nurture talent within the team through mentoring, training, and career development.
- Support and challenge the team to ensure continuous improvement and maintain a collaborative working environment.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and sales leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales and logistics software.
- Fluent in English with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
