Job Description
Teaching and Instruction
- Responsible for teaching 1-on-1 and/or group IELTS classes as assigned by the Company.
- Coordinate with the Academic Department to develop syllabi and teaching methods suitable for each student (for 1-on-1) and the average level of the group (for group classes).
- Adjust teaching methods in a timely manner to help students achieve target scores according to their study plans.
Assessment and Reporting
- Conduct periodic and final tests as required by the Quality Management Manager.
- Update information on students' learning progress.
- Draft and send reports according to the regulations of the Quality Management Manager.
Other Duties
- Participate in other support activities of the center if requested.
- Participate in monthly meetings, company-wide meetings, and ad-hoc meetings (if necessary).
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Have an English teaching certificate or TESOL.
- Priority given to graduates from ULIS (University of Languages and International Studies).
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 02 years of experience in IELTS test preparation.
- Good English proficiency (IELTS > 8.0, no skill under 7.0).
Skills & Competencies
- Pedagogical skills and a passion for teaching.
- High sense of responsibility for work.
