Job Description

HR Strategy Development and Implementation

  • Develop long-term HR strategies encompassing recruitment, training, capability development, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure HR policies support workforce optimization to meet expansion needs in the retail sector.
  • Optimize recruitment and training processes to attract and retain talent aligned with the company's culture and goals.

HR Team Management and Development

  • Build training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, especially for retail staff.
  • Develop and implement a fair and transparent performance evaluation system to establish incentive programs, rewards, and clear career paths.
  • Develop corporate culture programs to encourage employee engagement and positive contribution to the work environment.

Policy Management and Optimization

  • Ensure the HR management system complies with legal regulations and aligns with the company's strategy and goals.
  • Develop and maintain compensation, benefits, and welfare policies that are fair and competitive within the industry.
  • Manage issues related to welfare, insurance, and HR processes while maintaining a harmonious work environment and minimizing conflicts.

Strategic Consulting and Business Support

  • Act as a strategic partner with other departments to provide HR solutions that support and achieve business objectives.
  • Assist the Board of Directors in building and maintaining organizational structure to help the company adapt flexibly to retail market changes.
  • Analyze and report periodic HR metrics to propose improvements to the Board of Directors, contributing to enhanced HR operational efficiency.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Regular mode).

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Management position.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading HR teams during rapid business growth phases.
  • Understanding of the Retail industry specifics and trends to adjust HR strategies according to market needs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in English communication (The company has an office in Thailand and plans for regional expansion).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop HR teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, especially in resolving HR-related issues.
  • Analytical and planning skills to forecast workforce needs and optimize work efficiency.

Personality & Attitude

  • No age limit (Dynamic work environment with 99% of employees aged from Gen Z to Millennials).
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and developing environment.
