Job Description
- Nắm rõ kế hoạch kinh doanh thiết lập OKR hoặc KPI bộ phận.
- Có kinh nghiệm RBA.
- Nắm rõ kênh phân bổ nhóm tới các nghành nghề tại Việt Nam (EV/ Chất bán dẫn).
- Biết cách thiết lập chuyên án và sử dụng các công cụ quản lý như PDCA, SWOT SMART.
Job Requirement
- Tiếng Trung lưu loát.
- Có kinh nghiệm 5 năm trở lên tại các công ty điện tử (ICT)
- Có bằng Đại học trở lên
