Job Description

Planning and Strategy

  • Develop plans and operational goals for the Factory that align with the Company's objectives.
  • Build comprehensive factory development strategies according to short-term, medium-term, and long-term programs.
  • Plan production and organize work according to technological processes, orders, and monthly/quarterly production plans.
  • Plan work programs and manage personnel to meet the requirements and functions of each department.
  • Plan and forecast the Factory's manpower needs.

Operation and Management

  • Manage all machinery, equipment, materials, finished products, semi-finished products, warehouses, and goods within the scope of factory management.
  • Organize the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Synthesize and report on the system of equipment and machinery, and propose procurement and repairs.
  • Manage, update, inspect, supervise, and improve operational processes.
  • Organize work assignments, urge, and supervise departments to ensure progress and quality according to standards.
  • Manage finances and control costs within the assigned scope and authority.

Improvement and Innovation

  • Research and seek new technical solutions to apply in production to improve product quality.
  • Manage the factory according to 5S, Kaizen, ISO standards suitable for the actual work of the factory.
  • Proactively build, deploy, and propose measures to improve the productivity and operational efficiency of the factory.
  • Safety and Compliance
  • Responsible for Labor Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Fire Prevention at production teams, ensuring effective prevention of potential safety risks.
  • Mandatory construction of effective work management measures such as: operating regulations; production processes; Technical regulations; labor incentive measures, rewards, and labor discipline.

Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain production activities or modify operational plans.
  • Work with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Evaluate work performance and factory production plans periodically by month, quarter, and year.
  • Report work to the Board of General Directors periodically and unexpectedly as required.
  • Perform other related tasks under the direction of the Board of General Directors.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • University degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in food quality assurance or food/beverage production.
  • Experience working for a Japanese company in any position at a factory is required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
  • Understanding of legal regulations in the food sector.

  • English reading comprehension.
  • Proficient in office computing.

Personality & Attitude

  • Male, born in the 70s, 80s, or 90s.
