Job Description
Project Management & Supervision
- Direct and manage all construction and installation activities for assigned fire protection and MEP projects.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
- Report weekly to the Project Management Board and submit reports immediately in case of incidents or special requests.
- Monitor and control project progress against the master schedule.
- Inspect and supervise construction units regularly; provide direction and resolve on-site issues.
- Review project quality plans, construction methods, and design documentation.
- Evaluate and ensure construction quality; issue corrective actions where necessary.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings to review progress, address issues, and plan the next week’s activities.
Personnel & Resource Management
- Assign tasks, supervise, and train project management personnel.
- Ensure compliance with project safety protocols and company procedures.
- Plan and approve resource allocation, materials, equipment, and labor requirements.
- Identify, negotiate, and propose subcontractors to the Project Management Board and Company leadership.
Contract & Financial Control
- Collaborate with the Business Department to finalize bidding documents, proposals, and contracts related to design, technical specifications, materials, and project schedules.
- Conduct quantity take-off and verification of materials and equipment before, during, and after project implementation.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and expense forecasts.
- Propose project expenditures, recurring costs, and budget adjustments to the Company Board of Directors.
Authority
- Develop construction plans, material supply schedules, and mobilization plans for manpower and machinery.
- Approve construction and quality plans and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Suspend any contractor that fails to comply with safety or quality standards and report immediately to the Management Board.
- Recommend rewards or disciplinary actions for individuals or teams based on project performance.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal, or Fire Protection) or Business Administration.
- Valid Construction Site Manager Certificate and Fire Protection (PCCC) Professional Certificate required.
- Completion of PCCC knowledge training programs.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Director managing large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in Fire Protection (PCCC) and MEP construction management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
- English communication ability (reading, writing, and basic speaking).
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship, and team management skills.
- Capable of strategic decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.
Age Requirement
- 35 to 50 years old.
