Job Description
Agile Supply Chain Optimization
- Forecast sales, manage ordering, and rotate inventory on a weekly and regional basis (North, Central, South, and International).
- Lead the dispatch of goods between warehouses and coordinate with R&D, Planning, and E-commerce departments.
- Reduce lead time and accelerate reaction speed to fast-selling trends and hot products.
System Design and Scale-Up
- Establish standard operating models for Product, E-commerce, Store, Warehouse, and Customer Service divisions.
- Build a replicable model to support expansion to 100–150 stores, managing 10,000 SKUs and 100,000 orders per month.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations positions.
- At least 3 years of experience as Head of Supply Chain (or equivalent) in the Fashion & Accessories industry with a revenue scale over 2,000 billion VND.
- Proven experience working during a company's hot growth phase (growth >50%/year, lasting over 3 years).
- Experience in strategic planning, building, and optimizing supply chains with a long-term vision, significantly improving inventory turnover.
- General knowledge and perspective on Business and Marketing.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge and strong execution capability to create outstanding results in improving performance of Warehouse, Purchasing, Merchandise Planning, Transportation, and Order Processing.
- Open mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to experiment with new systems, technologies, and processes.
- Effective multi-dimensional coordination with Marketing, Product, Warehouse, CS, and Tech teams.
- Strong leadership and inspirational skills to lead and develop the team from junior to independent levels.
- Fluent in English.
