Job Description
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement the annual business plan for the branch.
- Monitor implementation progress to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Operational Management
- Manage premium collection and insurance contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and general administrative activities.
- Guide and supervise business units to ensure compliance with internal processes.
Relationship Management
- Maintain external relations with authorities and partners.
Team Leadership
- Train, evaluate performance, and develop the team to enhance efficiency and employee retention.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Insurance or related fields.
- Priority given to candidates with Non-life Insurance certificates.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience in Insurance, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese insurance market, especially in the Northern region.
- Knowledge of non-life insurance operations: reinsurance, underwriting, and claims.
- Experience in large-scale business development, preferably with Taiwanese/Chinese corporate clients, agents, and insurance brokers.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Chinese or English.
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
