Job Description

Governance & Operations

• Develop, organize, and oversee the implementation of the overall business strategy.
• Manage all departments (Business, Finance – Accounting, Legal, Marketing, IT, HR) to ensure efficiency and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws (Real Estate Law, Securities Law, Enterprise Law, Commodity Trading Law, etc.).

Strategy & Market Development

• Establish long-term development strategies, design new investment products, and expand markets domestically and internationally.
• Build and maintain partnerships with banks, securities companies, investment funds, real estate developers, and corporations.
• Grow customer networks, partners, and the ESG Exchange ecosystem.

Financial & Risk Management

• Manage capital, cash flow, fundraising, and investment activities effectively.
• Establish internal control, risk management mechanisms, and transparent reporting systems.
• Ensure liquidity, capital safety, and compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Human Resources & Corporate Culture

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-quality workforce.
• Build a corporate culture based on Integrity – Respect – Learning – Collaboration – Dedication.
• Inspire, guide, and lead teams to achieve collective goals.

Job Requirement

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a prestigious international university (preferably top 500 globally).
• Real Estate: Holding a Real Estate Brokerage or Exchange Management Certificate in accordance with the Real Estate Business Law 2014 and its 2023 Amendment (effective from 01/01/2025).
• Securities: Holding a Securities Practitioner Certificate (basic, financial analysis, fund management, or brokerage) in compliance with the Securities Law 2019 and the State Securities Commission.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of corporate management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position.
• In-depth expertise in real estate, finance & banking, securities, or exchange management.

Skills & Competencies

• Strategic leadership and modern management system development.
• Strong analytical thinking, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-level partnership building skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity, social responsibility, and long-term vision.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Authority

• Full decision-making authority in daily executive operations.
• Propose strategies, business plans, and budget allocations to the Board of Members.
• Legal representative and official spokesperson of the Exchange.
• Sign contracts, agreements, and external documents as authorized.

KPI Evaluation

• Achieve annual revenue, profit, and market development targets.
• Growth rate of customers, number of transactions, and portfolio size.
• Legal compliance, financial safety, and risk management indicators.
• Customer, partner, and employee satisfaction.
• Market reputation and brand recognition.
