Job Description
- Financial Control & Compliance
- Monitor CAPEX spending and control fixed assets
- Review contracts for tax compliance and company protection
- Handle tax filings: VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies
- Accounting Operations
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain records
- Collect vouchers and upload to server
- Check payment documents; arrange international and domestic transfers
- Manage Accounts Payable: process invoices, verify documents, ensure timely payments Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations
- Reporting & Analysis Prepare investment reports
- Conduct month-end costing and inventory control
- Provide financial reporting, cost control, and compliance support
- Projects & Systems
- Coordinate audits: prepare schedules, provide documentation, answer queries
- Support ERP implementation and weaving factory costing projects
Job Requirement
- Education: University graduate, major in Accounting (CPA is preferred)
- Experience: minimum 03-05 years working experience in manufacturing company Special knowledge: Accounting software (Misa, SAP), VAS, VN Tax regulations
- Chinese: Ability to speak and write in Chinese is a plus
- English: Intermediate communication skills in English is a must
- Computer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
- Other skill: Strong knowledge of VAS, VN Tax
- Degree: Bachelor
