Job Description
Financial Reporting & Budgeting
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Control the corporate budget effectively to optimize company resources.
Asset & Cash Flow Management
- Manage company assets, inventory, outstanding debts, and overall cash flow.
Compliance & System Standardization
- Ensure strict compliance with all tax regulations and accounting laws.
- Standardize operational processes and accounting systems for maximum efficiency.
Advisory & Team Leadership
- Advise superiors and senior management to support critical financial decision-making.
- Manage, train, and develop the accounting staff.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Auditing.
- A valid Chief Accountant certificate is strictly required.
- Possessing a CPA certificate is considered a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), legal regulations, and accounting operations.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of overall accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a similar Chief Accountant role.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing company with a scale of 500 employees or more.
- Prior experience working directly with independent auditors, tax authorities, and tax inspectors.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in using ERP and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, and Misa.
- Mandatory skills include financial planning, analytical and critical thinking, and the ability to evaluate financial performance.
- Strong supplementary skills including communication, presentation, and the ability to assign, supervise, and guide accounting staff effectively.
Personality & Attitude
- Careful, honest, and capable of working under high pressure.
- High sense of responsibility regarding financial information confidentiality.
- Must be in good health to meet job demands.
