Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, income statements, and actual business performance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and analyze past, future, and comparative business performance.

Business Partnering & Strategic Advisory

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, share insights, and support decision-making.
• Partner with Heads of Departments, CEO, factory team, and management to provide financial guidance.
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, then recommend actions to improve business performance.

Reporting, Cost Control & Process Improvement

• Prepare reports on financial status, risks, forecasts, and business performance.
• Provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency.
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives within the finance function.
• Reconcile financial transactions by comparing, reviewing, and correcting data.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or finance business partnering; corporate finance experience is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial analysis, and cost accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, ERP/GL systems, and FP&A tools is preferred.
• Good understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, compliance, and analytical skills.

Language / Other Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and support meetings or presentations.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages is preferred.
