Job Description
- Chủ động tìm kiếm và tiếp cận các merchant (quán ăn, nhà hàng, café,…).
- Giới thiệu chương trình hợp tác và thuyết phục merchant ký hợp đồng.
- Thực hiện đàm phán và chốt deal với merchant.
- Sau khi ký hợp đồng:
- Lên văn phòng nhận camera kit.
- Phối hợp với team kỹ thuật đến merchant để setup thiết bị quay.
- Theo dõi quá trình vận hành:
- Merchant quay đủ thời lượng (target ~200 giờ)/1 merchant.
- Phối hợp với team logistics thu SD card / thu hồi thiết bị.
- Báo cáo công việc hàng ngày cho Sales Manager.
- Đảm bảo tiến độ phát triển merchant theo kế hoạch (deadline dự án).
Job Requirement
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm (được đào tạo).
- Ưu tiên: Có kinh nghiệm sales / telesales / thị trường.
- Kỹ năng:
- Giao tiếp tốt, tự tin tiếp cận khách hàng.
- Có khả năng thuyết phục và chốt deal.
- Sẵn sàng:
- Đi thị trường (field sales).
- Làm việc full-time (không phù hợp làm 2 job cùng lúc).
- Thái độ:
- Chủ động, chịu khó, bám mục tiêu.
- Có trách nhiệm với kết quả.
